At Swish Klub, all products are made-to-order. This means each piece is created after your order is placed.
📦 Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days
- Processing time may vary during high demand or sales periods
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays
Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our delivery partners.
🚚 Shipping Time
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Rural Areas: 5–9 business days
These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier operations.
💸 Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout
- Additional charges may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
📍 Address Accuracy
Customers are required to provide complete and accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order.
Swish Klub is not responsible for delivery issues arising due to:
- Incorrect address
- Incomplete details
Reshipping will require additional charges.
🔁 Failed Deliveries (RTO)
If delivery fails due to:
- Customer unavailable
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Order refusal
The shipment will be returned to us.
In such cases:
- Reshipping is not free
- The customer must pay shipping charges in advance for re-delivery
⏳ Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:
- Courier partner delays
- Weather conditions
- Operational disruptions
Swish Klub is not liable for such delays but will assist in tracking where possible.
📦 Lost Shipments
If an order is confirmed lost in transit:
- A replacement or refund will be issued
📬 Order Tracking
Tracking details will be shared via email once your order is shipped.
Customers are expected to track their orders and ensure availability at the time of delivery.

- Orders cannot be modified once shipped
- Refusing delivery may affect future order eligibility
- Repeated failed deliveries may lead to restrictions on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
