Refund policy

All Swish Klub products are made-to-order. Because of this, returns are limited and strictly controlled.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

📦 Returns & Replacements

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product has a manufacturing or printing defect
  • Incorrect item delivered

In such cases, a replacement will be provided after verification.

⏱ Return Request Window

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests raised after this window will not be accepted under any circumstances.

📩 Proof Requirements (Mandatory)

To process any return request, you must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video (starting before opening the package)
  • Clear images of the product and packaging

❗ Without valid proof, the request will be rejected.

🔄 Return Process

  • Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged
  • The product will be inspected after pickup
  • A replacement will be issued only after successful verification

Swish Klub reserves the right to deny replacement if the product does not meet return conditions upon inspection.

❌ Non-Returnable Cases

Returns and refunds are not accepted for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Minor color variations (due to printing/display differences)
  • Minor size variation (standard industry tolerance)
  • Damage caused after delivery

📏 Size Policy

No exchanges or returns are provided for size-related issues.

Customers are expected to review the size chart carefully before ordering.

🚚 Delivery Failures (RTO)

If an order is not delivered due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Order refusal

The shipment will be returned back to our warehouse.

In such cases:

  • Reshipping is not free
  • Additional shipping charges must be paid in advance

⏳ Delays & Lost Shipments

If an order is confirmed as lost in transit or significantly delayed:

  • A replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if:

  • The order is lost in transit, or
  • A return is approved after inspection and replacement is not feasible

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

⚠️ Important Conditions

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for all claims
  • Claims without proper proof will be rejected
  • All decisions made by Swish Klub regarding returns are final
